She maintained a GPA of 3.5 during her high school years. She not only studied hard, Wanwiga was the President of the Student Board and encouraged good relations between students and teachers and was always willing to help others with their studies. She is an accomplished musician, loves singing and enjoys Thai classical dancing. At home, her parents are local workers and their income is less than $200 per month. She is now attending Mae Joe University in Chiang Mai, one of the most prestigious universities in Thailand.
